It uses 145mb normally after (re)start and after a few days I see it using 330mb

you are using two different systrays, I think there is no memory leak.

A memory leak is a situation in which memory keeps increasing without never stopping, we are talking about >750Mbyte consumption... Any consumption below 300-400Mbyte that does not increase more is considered a qt/qml way to handle the system memory.

How much memory does your system have?
