SUMMARY
Clear the KDE Connect notifications from the Notification Center when you clear them from the KDE Connect interface in the system tray

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clear notification in KDE Connect
2. Check Notification Center

OBSERVED RESULT
Notification gone

EXPECTED RESULT
Notification is still there

This is impossible to to with the way KNotifications currently works.

We want to address this with the KDE Frameworks 6 version of KNotifications, but it will be a while until this happens

Turns out is was easier to have than expected. Implemented with https://invent.kde.org/network/kdeconnect-kde/-/commit/8d521540a87333906a51175c07756ca98b573e54

This needs Plasma 5.22 though
