SUMMARY
Discover would appear like it won't run updates that has large amount of updates.  I'm assuming it's at the stage where it's downloading the package because it'd take a whole lot of clicks in order for it to show that it's installing (not downloading) the updates.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Press the update button

OBSERVED RESULT
Discover would check for update, but would appear like it's not do anything.  After a bunch of clicks, it'll show that it's installing the updates.

EXPECTED RESULT
The software would show that updates is running on the right side, and would show which package is currently downloading.
