SUMMARY
As we can see in the attached screenshot, currently "Language" and "Formats" KCMs have the same icon. It would be nice if each KCM had its own icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > Regional settings

Yeah, both are using the preferences-desktop-locale icon. We should give each their own icon.

"User feedback" kcm has the same icon on Neon unstable edition. :)

Yeah. :)

I think the Languages KCM could keep the current icon. The Formats KCM could probably have a new icon that has like letters and numbers and currency symbols in it. For Feedback, I think a thumbs-up symbol would be nice (something like https://image.flaticon.com/icons/svg/837/837872.svg)

User Feedback KCM has a different icon on Plasma 5.24 beta.

Currently language and formats are set in the same kcm called Region & Language.

And Regional Settings' category does not exist in the reorganized sidebar of Plasma 6.
