Krita Crash Log in LocalAppData

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Hey,

I am afraid you shared the system information log, not the crash log. Could you try to check if you can still find the crashlog? It's much more useful than the system information log :)

Unfortunate that Krita doesn't crashed when this error happened. The software just black out and closed. So there's nothing on Crash Log. I thought SysLog was Crash Log. I will make sure to include crash log when I report bugs in future.

Thanks for your comment!

Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team
knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed.

In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information.

With so little information it will be impossible to fix, im setting this to resolved waitingforinfo as you can open it again if the crash happens again.

Here is a link to the information on how to generate a backtrace, the backtrace help us pinpoint the actions that took place to make krita crash. https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/dr_minw_debugger.html#dr-minw
