Screenrecording of the issue. Example for two apps.

SUMMARY

While downloading an app, the progressbar jumps back and forth, as it can be seen in the screen recording. I could not always reproduce this behaviour.

I could also observe, that the progress bar jumps from 0% to a value in [20%, 100%] at the very beginning, just to go back to 0% again.

Yes/No:  On KDE Neon Testing with updates from today, I only see the jumping progressbar right at the beginning or right at the end of an (de)installation. I guess these are the same symptoms but do have a different root cause? Shall I open a new bug report?
