I add gif to show a bug
Created attachment 122598 [details] Bug prezentation gif
I don't see this in the 4.2.6 beta-1 version on Windows 10. The pattern scale change works fine but is difficult to see because the pattern is quite smooth and random and the brush tip is heavily textured. In your attached .gif, there is no visible painting at all. Did that brush paint properly after a restart and with a dark colour selected?
Created attachment 122602 [details] Here is example , i use the same preasure all the time . I use official krita 4.2.6 on win 8.1
The texture just disappears and does not work at all on brush after that action
And what i se not the brush " reset" texture whenever i change any slider , contract , brigtnes . scale or strength curve settings
I don't have this with the formal 4.2.6 release on Windows 10 and everything works fine with the Bristles_Textured brush preset. Can you .zip up the 'Chalk greg TEXTUROWY' preset and its brush tip image file and add the .zip file as an attachment so I can try that? If this is Windows 8.1 specific, we may have to wait for someone who has Windows 8.1 to try it.

It seems to work ok for me on git master right now. Something is not right with the attachment, because I also cannot see anything being painted on the canvas. Maybe there is some other setting that is causing the brush stroke to not appear
I see the second attachment and I see what you are talking about now. That is really weird though. I tested it on git master and that is not happening. I also tested 4.2.6 on Windows 10 and it is not happening there for me either. Would it be possible that you could play around with it more with other settings to see if something else might be doing that. For example you could try to disable other properties to see if it still happens -- like turning off the "strength" property by the pattern.
I played around with it more and honestly I dont have idea whats going on. Its happend for all brushes not only mine, Krita standards as well. Its looks like changing sliders turn of patterns checkbox. Its not appear immediately but when you will open brush editor again pattern is disabled and there is now way to turn it on again . I know its strange... Way around for that is changing that sliders after that choose total different texture and again change sliders after that texture appear. It even more " interesting that that , after that action when we save brush It will work just fine, like normal, So I do that " trick" for all brushes and they work for now . I am confused as much as you guys :)
@grzegorzpedrycz if it happens for the default brushes as well, please try to do this: - make sure you're using the latest Krita 4.3.0 version - open new Krita, with reset configuration just in case: https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration - create a new standard sRGB image - take the brush, change the scale (remember the new value) - see that it doesn't work - tell us which brush it was and what value of the scale, so we can repeat your exact steps. I couldn't reproduce it either :(
