SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Kubuntu 19.04 running in Virtualbox 6.0.10
2. Opened settings
3. Change various settings (at the moment of the crash I think I was changing startup services (switched off touchpad, bluetooth) and playing with Search services (switching off some)

OBSERVED RESULT
program crashed

This should have been fixed in the rewrite which will be released in Plasma 5.20.
