SUMMARY
Settle in Solver panel not working whatever the settle value in msec.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Solver panel, click on Capture & Solve
2. First capture is OK (nice stars with no star trek)
3. When KStars finds an astrometric solution, the scope moves, and the log says that another capture is taken after the settle 
4. But KStars captures without waiting for the settle completion producing star treks
