Description Doug B 2019-09-04 00:42:14 UTC
SUMMARY
I was toying around with the KDE Menu Editor to see how it works. Upon launching my menu entry, the panel went blank.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDE Menu Editor by right clicking the application launcher and clicking "Edit Applications"
2. Press New Item.
3. Set the "Command" to "echo hi" (no double quotes though)
4. Click Advanced and press "Run in terminal"
5. Launch your newly created app from the application launcher and watch your panel go blank.

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel goes blank

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel not to go blank
