Everything from git master.

0. Quit Spectacle if it's open
1. Open Spectacle
2. Click "Export" button
3. Move the pointer over the "Share" sub-menu item

~/file: is created.

Never mind, this appears to be fixed in git master. I was accidentally using the older version.
