SUMMARY
Page scrolls to the bottom when minimizing the tab.

- It only hapens with pages on this domain: https://langmai.org
When the active tab is not that tab, it doesn't happen.

- It does not happen on other browsers like Chrome, Firefox...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open this url: https://langmai.org/tang-kinh-cac/vien-sach/thien-tap/phep-la-cua-su-tinh-thuc/vong-tam-thanh-chan-tam/
2. Make sure you are not at the bottom of the page, and that url is in the active tab
3. Minimize Falkon then Restore it.

OBSERVED RESULT
- The page scrolls to the bottom.

EXPECTED RESULT
- The page does not scroll to the bottom.
