I had this app installed and working till yesterday.Now it won't launch even after uninstalling and reinstalling

Your palapely is terribly old, nothing we can do to fix something that is already fixed since last october.

Maybe you can use palapeli via flatpak https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.kde.palapeli meanwhile
