SUMMARY
Even though a default folder is set up it shows blank panels (split view) when dolphin is opened.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin


OBSERVED RESULT
home folder should be shown like configured 

EXPECTED RESULT
no folders or files are shown, it's an empty panel

KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.61.0
Qt Version: 5.13.0
Kernel Version: 5.2.9-1-default
OS Type: 64-bit

Memory: 15,5 GiB

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
But dolphin still works.
Just have to push the home button or any other folder listed on the side panel to get to the folders/places. Everything is back to normal then.

Some additional info

Seems to happen only if you have set it up to open in split view. 

If you edit the file ~/.config/doplhinrc and remove the line

SplitView=true 

then it shows the folder's content correctly
