A popup with an animated loading bar stays on the screen.

SUMMARY
Krita gets stuck at "waiting for image operation to complete" after simple brushstroke (such as airbrush or ink pen).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Draw for a while using any brush. The amount of strokes or the length of strokes is unpredictable.

OBSERVED RESULT
Krita gets stuck at "waiting for image operation to complete". Clicking "save without waiting" brings up a warning about file corruption, but no file is saved. "Cancel operation and save" does nothing at all. "Close, do not save" just closes the window and does nothing else. I have left this popup running for an hour before, and it didn't close until I forced Krita to close.

EXPECTED RESULT
I'm not expecting this to happen in the first place.
"Cancel operation and save" should cancel the operation and save the file.

Hi, Mya!

Could you please update to the latest nightly? I have fixed the bug that looks exactly like that on 15th of August.
