SUMMARY
Spotify desktop client suddenly starts playing when a Skype call ends.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pause playback in Spotify desktop client
2. Have a Skype call
3. End the call

OBSERVED RESULT
Spotify suddenly starts playing. That can be pretty intense depending on the volume and current song...

EXPECTED RESULT
Spotify stays paused.

Plasma does not pause/resume music when you have a skype call.
Is the skype call on your mobile perhaps? kdeconnect does pause.

Please include a log of "dbus-monitor" during this behaviour.
