SUMMARY

Newly created tags disappear after closing and reopening krita.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a brush
2. Right click on "Assign to tag"
3. Click on new tag field enter a name and click on the + button.
4. Restart Krita (close and reopen)
5. GO to brushes panel and search the newly created tag on the dropdown.
6. That's right, it doesn't exist anymore.

OBSERVED RESULT

The newly created tag always gets removed when closing krita.

EXPECTED RESULT

I expect the newly created tag to persist after krita restarts.
