Hi,

Do you have any tag selected in the brush preset docker?

Sorry for the late reply,

Yes, I do have the brush preset tag selected in the docker, the problem is
that Im limited to 3 brushes atm (standard pencil brush, eraser, and an ink
brush), opposed to the extensive library of brushes i had previously.

It appears your brushes are just filtered down, so you only see a few of them. Can you take a screenshot of what your Brush presets docker looks like that only has the 3 brushes?

Does setting the drop-down to "All" still only show 3 brushes?

This is currently all the brushes I have. I tried making more brushes but I
have no other variations other than the paint brush. Sorry again for the
lateness, life just got in the way.

Maybe the default brushes were de-activated somehow. Go here and see.

Settings > Manage Resources

You should see the "Krita_4_Default_Resources" listed in the Active area.

with the default sources, also Krita_4_Default_Resources was already
enabled.

If it happened just after an update, maybe there was some configuration change that was messing it up. You could try to clear your krita configuration file. Maybe for some odd reason that messed things up.

Hey, sorry i haven't gotten back to you. I've tried everything and
nothing seemed to work. Do you know if i could reset krita to a previous
version?

Can you go to settings->manage resources and there make sure that the Krita 4.0 bundle is in the lefthand column? Restart Krita. Does this fix your problem?
