Description Iván Ávalos 2019-08-16 01:16:19 UTC
SUMMARY
Please add some option to save editing presets and apply them to more images. That would be great and more efficient. I'm not sure if that option already exists, but I couldn't find anything similar. Maybe some equivalent already built-in?
Thanks.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open photo in image editor.
2. Try to find preset saving option.
3. Ask in KDE Bugs if they could implement that functionality.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
They implement that function or help me find something similar.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
That's it.

What exactly do you mean with presets? All tools save their last settings automatically (can be switched off in the setup). In addition, with complex tools with many settings, the settings can be saved to a file and loaded. If you mean a workeflow, look at the BQM. Here you can easily save and restore workflows with all settings.

Hi Maik,

I think Ivan want mean to be able to play with Editor tools, make a target version, and be able to import all tool settings applied to the image in BQM as a new workflow. I think we have already a file in bugzilla about this topic.

Yes, what I mean is being able to save editor settings to a file and then apply the same settings to more images. For example, I apply 1.5 of gamma, noise reduction filter, vivid color effect, and save all those settings into a file that I can later apply in BQM or something like that.
