Screenshot of the issue.

All texts and icons but those three icons in the screenshots are black on the bright background.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Overall look: Chooze Breeze Dark
2. Worspace color: Chooze Breeze Dark
3. Color: Chooze Breeze

OBSERVED RESULT
See Screenshot. One is blue, because I was holding the mouse on it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Black icons.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Manjaro Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.61.0

After following this procedure, icon theme should be set to Breeze Dark. Can you confirm that this is the case? If so, then this is not a bug: Breeze Dark icons are white such that visibility is good on dark background.

How can I proof this?

There shouldn't be any mismatch but there obviously is!

Weird, now the icons are fine. Maby I had to reopen the system settings. Maby some caches were wrong? I don't know. Let's close it until I or someone else stumbles over it again.
