I have set shortcuts in konsole: Copy is "Ctrl+c" and Paste is "Ctrl+v";
but in the terminal panels in dolphin, the shortcuts: Copy is "Ctrl+Shift+c" and Paste is "Ctrl+Shift+v"

That’s not a bug, ctrl c sends the kill signal in terminal apps.

Additionally, if you set them to the same shortcuts as the Copy and Paste action in Dolphin, there were would be a shortcut clash.

I suggest to report a ticket for Dolphin to be able to configure shortcuts for the embedded terminal. Right now, only the main Dolphin component is visible in the shortcuts editor.
