I'm pretty sure it's a driver issue after all... I've seen such blobby lines on other hardware, but I haven't got anything that can reproduce the issue.
Please try the following: - reinstall your tablet driver, restart PC and check Krita, - switch Krita to Windows Ink: https://docs.krita.org/en/contributors_manual/user_support.html#quick-solutions , then restart your PC and check Krita again.
