After updating to 0.9.1 folder views on dock stopped working if dock is placed vertically, (on left for example). Tooltip says the icon is there, but it's not visible, and the view doesn't open. 

Works fine if I move the dock to bottom or top.

What is the value in your system?

you are probably hit from plasma design decisions.

You can use:
"kwriteconfig5 --group PanelIcons --key Size 256"

and restart, it will probably fixes it for you
