SUMMARY
Shift+F1 does not work in Settings dialog.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Dolphin.
2. Open Settings -> Configure Dolphin...
3. Press Shift+F1

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse cursor should change to "what's this", the "what's this" function should work on the next click.
