SUMMARY Whenever I open a new Qt application, the cursor is set to the max size. It doesn't matter if I set the cursor size to a smaller size, it just ignores it. I think it's misdetecting the resolution. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a Qt application 2. Notice the cursor is way too big 3. Set it to a smaller size OBSERVED RESULT The cursor is huge, but only when over system applications (System settings, KsysGuard, etc.) EXPECTED RESULT The cursor stays at the chosen size SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.59.0 Qt Version: 5.13.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Note: this doesn't affect window titlebars or the desktop itself.
Are you talking about applications running as 'root'?
