SUMMARY
Summary says by itself. Compare the attached screenshots taken on Arch Linux and Neon unstable edition please.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set breeze dark look and feel theme
2. open Discover or a GHNS window
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
barely visible black/dark stars represent the app/addon rating

EXPECTED RESULT
the same stars that we can see in the screenshot taken on Arch Linux.

Already fixed (reverted) in master, ahead of the 5.61 tagging. It shouldn't ever hit users of released software.
