Hi!

Does Krita crash in a moment or first freezes for a dozen of seconds?
Comment 2 Halla Rempt 2019-08-01 07:55:36 UTC
Hm, I cannot reproduce that on my macbook pro.

* Could you please add the information from About This Mac to the bug report ?
* Could you check whether this happens with a clean config (https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration)
Comment 3 elisediot.prod 2019-08-01 08:02:02 UTC
Hello,

Thanks for your answer.
Krita crash a few seconds after being used. It can crash after register my work if it hasn’t crashed before. But it usually closed right after less than two minutes of uses.

Hi Elise,

Open a new finder window. Press command-shift-g and type ~/Library/Preferences and press the Go button. Finder will then show the right location. Remove everthing that starts krita.

I'm sorry, but that doesn't show everything in that folder. Could you try the following:

* Open Terminal.app
* type 'ls ~/Library/Preferences/krita*' (withough the quotes)

That should show at least a kritarc and a kritadisplayrc file. Then:

* type 'rm ~/Library/Preferences/krita*' (without the quotes)
Comment 9 elisediot.prod 2019-08-01 08:27:12 UTC
I found and deleted it.

I tried to re use krita and the crash keeps happening .....

If it happens again, please reopen this bug report and attach the kritarc file so we can try to figure out what's up.
