.md file

SUMMARY
As in subject. After starting Kate with turned on preview I load .md file and its preview is not displayed, only this is happen after loading some next file needing preview, for example .ui.
Another strange thing I observed is that after closing all files in preview is still present rendered .md file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Kate with preview turned on
2. Open any .md file (I attach simple example)

OBSERVED RESULT
In preview is visible info: "No preview available", but when I load another file, for example .ui then preview magically starting work.

EXPECTED RESULT
In preview should be visible rendered .md file after first file loading.
