I was rebooting my Arch Linux / KDE sysem after intalling updates plus msmtp (to send mail from command line).

Crashes after updates, can happen. Is this reproducable?

2. Try also to clear the cache when Latte is not running with: latte-dock --cc

3. Where you running Latte from command line when the crash happened?

Latte-dock has not crashed on subsequent updates.
Clearing the cache made no perceptible difference to performance.
I have never run the dock from the command line.
Since the crash the optional Lock / Logout widget no longer works.
The last issue arose simultaneously on "KDE Neon" on this machine and 2 other laptops I own.

The lock/logout issue is fixed with 0.9.1 if you still have problems with it after the update then open a new issue just for that
