SUMMARY
The resolution of pop-up settings window is greater than the monitor's, making it impossible to confirm any changes to settings as the button for that is out of reach. I have attempted setting the app scaling in system settings to a lower value, but it has been of no help. I attach a screenshot of this odd situation.
