SUMMARY
Cannot type in the number of desktop rows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kwin virtual desktops KCM.
2. Click inside the "Rows:" spinbox.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
A text cursor should appear in the spinbox, for entering the new number of desktops.
