Description ParaW 2019-07-29 12:12:39 UTC
Application: baloo_file_extractor (5.54.0)

Qt Version: 5.11.3
Frameworks Version: 5.54.0
Operating System: Linux 4.19.0-5-amd64 x86_64
Distribution: PureOS

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:I opened LibreOffice 6.2
(version6.2.5.2) added a few words to an existing document(ODF format),using the Liberation Serif font, then clicked "save"button on the toolbar. The crash reporter appeared immediately, and my file was not saved.I repeated the process but the crash continues to appear. After a reboot, the LibreOffice 6.2 nolonger functions anymore,it stucks at the initial LOGO and the loading bar is not moving
-The LibreOffice 6.2 is not the officially released version in my package manager, the officially released version is 6.1.5.2(build ID:6.1.5-3),they mysteriously co-exist on my OS,since I cannot find suitable langpacks for my old(6.1.5.2) one,I downloaded the .deb packages of the newest version from LibreOffice official site and installed them through DEEPIN package installer. When I encountered the error, the old version was not running.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.

> CURRENT Baloo-kf5 version5.54 0-1

additional reproduce report:I reproduced the error by reboot my computer
after suspending it for a long time(more than 8 hours). The error came
out as the Plasma Desktop starts. However,it never appered again when I
was using LibreOffice.

Comment #1 from Xeon(Parabolarrow@firemail.cc):Sorry for my broken English, and I don`t know what your "resolution" means. If you want my screen resolution that is 1440*900@60hz,but I don`t think you actually meant this.I am a newbie to Plasma,KDE,and GNU/Linux,so please don`t be too technical, but I will try my best to support the community and learn everything! :)

Yours sincerely Xeon
