SUMMARY
Hitting reply button or double clicking an email does not open composer or view window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select an e-mail
2. Hit reply button
3. Or double-click an e-mail

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
However, when I quit Kontact and open KMail, suddenly all my expected windows appear on screen, e.g.:
- hit the reply button twice in Kontact
- quit Kontact
- open KMail
- 3 windows appear: the main window and 2 composer windows

EXPECTED RESULT
A composer window opens where I can type my reply and send it.
Or a view window after double-clicking an e-mail.
