SUMMARY I want to print a range of pages from a PDF document, like 1,3,5,7,9-22 That does not work. Instead, the whole document is printed, as without any selection
Does the same thing happen if you print a range like that in Kate or another KDE app that uses the standard Qt print dialog? Or is it just Okular?
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #1) > Does the same thing happen if you print a range like that in Kate or another > KDE app that uses the standard Qt print dialog? Or is it just Okular? Yes, same result. I printed a large text file to a PDF, pages 1,3,5-7 and got the full file printed. I still see a slight difference: PDF has fixed pages, while simple text file may be somewhat 'dynamic'. Dunno if that makes a difference
Thanks! Unfortunately that means the problem is in the Qt print dialog itself, which is what all these apps are using. :( Please report this to https://bugreports.qt.io/ and add the URL of your Qt bug report to the URL field of this one. Thanks!
