SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect 2 or more output audio devices
2. change volume using keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
volume on first device changes instead of the default device and sometimes they change together but not correctly for other than first device
it's broken

EXPECTED RESULT
it should change the default audio output device only

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 19.10 64bit
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.5

Can you/someone check again in Plasma 5.17.x? Things were changed around with respect to this in a way that may have fixed it.

@Nate I am on Plasma 5.16.x, so can't check on 5.17.x
Changing back to confirmed, to prevent auto WORKSFORME.
