I had to reinstall PCLInuxOS and hance had to reinstall KMyMoney.

I used to be able to go to Settings and there was an option to update the system settings for Date. That option does not seem to exist anymore.

Can you let me know where to find this now, please?

This is a user support question, not a bug report. The forum at https://forum.kde.org/viewforum.php?f=69 is better suited for this kind of question.

So much upfront before I close this bug: look for the general KDE tool systemsettings5 to be installed on your system. This is the tool controlling the date format and all the other settings.
