SUMMARY
Copying something from my phone (platform) to KDE Neon (OS) doesn't always work. Copying something on the OS does work instantly on my phone however.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy something on platform
2. Try pasting on OS

OBSERVED RESULT
No clipboard / previous clipboard from OS is pasted

EXPECTED RESULT
Clipboard from platform is pasted

It worked the first time you set it up, but I don't think it is relevant to the issue.

I do have the same problem now since updating to Android 10 on my Pixel 2.

TL;DR Android sucks

Android Q doesn't allow apps to access the clipboard when running in the background.

Is it possible for the KDE android app the ask for admin app permissions on Android from now on and utilize it?

Same here Pixel 2 after Android 10
Copy on KDE Neon desktop, phone receives and makes pastable.
Copy on the phone and desktop receives nothing.
Very frustrating when someone sends you a link.
