Created attachment 121740 [details] .xsession-errors After making some reconfiguration like display rotation or multiple display position, order, etc. plasma-desktop stops running. This breaks startup as after reboot you only see xserver wallpaper (rotated properly). Quickly fixed by these commands from console: export DISPLAY=:0.0 kstart plasma-desktop

Note that single monitor setups and/or non-NVidia proprietary work properly
>kstart plasma-desktop Is this plasma 4?
Edit, not according your ps attachment which runs plasmashell, but your command to fix it in not...this is highly convoluted. Can you attach a screenshot of what is wrong.
Created attachment 121752 [details] Screenshot.jpg Correction: only rotation is broken. This is Spectacle screenshot which shows everything OK.
Created attachment 121753 [details] Reality.jpg And this is reality.
Screenshots ^^
Created attachment 121755 [details] kscreen.log.gz Strangely, kscreen.log is not rotated and takes 60Mb.
Similar behavior is described here: https://superuser.com/questions/1050155/kde-plasma-partial-screen-after-unplugging-hdmi-second-screen
Ah, this is one of those things that's fixed in Plasma 5.23.
