Description Mark Stanton 2019-07-25 13:59:45 UTC
SUMMARY

Mail archiving halts at first "message not found" warning (warning, not "error") and the whole of the rest of the archive is not made.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt folder archive on folder container a "message not found" message
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Only a small subset of the requested folder (& perhaps its sub-folders) is archived.

EXPECTED RESULT
All requested folders are archived. "Missing messages" might be noted, but should not stop the rest of the archive proceeding.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 30
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.59.0
Qt Version: 5.12.4

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
These "message missing" messages are continually generated in my KMail (Kontact) setup, hence, waiting until the faulty message is pruned doesn't work as a strategy. I have never (four years of KMail use?) managed to get a full folder archive either from the menu or the automatic folder archiving.
