Photo of dual screen set up and screenshot mode

SUMMARY
I have one Full HD and one 4K screen, both with @1.5 UI scale. Side by side, bottom aligned set up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Spectacle
2. Take rectangle screenshot
3. Check the change of screen

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen content was moved up, leaving two panels. Bottom area is not accessible.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should not have such offset.
