assert error screenshot

SUMMARY
It happens on random occasions, Krita 4.2.3 throws a window saying "SAFE ASSERT(krita): "!m_d->readyShortcut" in file C:\...\kis_shortcut_matcher.cpp, line 579".

I literally have no idea what is causing it, but I've noticed that it is sometimes happens when I use move tool via shortcut(V). It can happen in two minutes after I open Krita or it can happen after an hour or two so there is no definitive pattern that I can find so far. On two or three occasions this error popped up after a window "please wait until image operation is finished". That window was doing nothing(or at least no progress indication was visible and it wasnt going away by itself) and clicking close would lead to this assert window too.

Clicking ignore do nothing and the same error is being thrown again and again. Clicking close is just closing Krita without being able to save file etc.

I've got this error on windows 10, krita 4.2.3. On ubuntu I wasn't able to repeat the mistake so far(although I wasn't that persistent on that front). On previous Krita versions I never had such error and wasn't able to reproduce it.

The krita_crash.log has no info on this crash.
In the attachment the screenshot of the error.

Strange, I was searching through the bugtracker with the assert text and got no results :( Yes, the text is the same although I wasn't using a text tool at all nor filters when I got these crashes, only drawing and moving selections/groups.
