SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start the programm
2. insert video files
3. bring file to time line 
4. want to move 1 frame with ›left‹

OBSERVED RESULT

nothing happens, no move

should move

Default focus is on the clip monitor. So pressing left with the described actions will seek in the clip monitor (displaying the bin clip). If you want to seek in timeline you need to either click in the timeline once or press the 't' shortcut to switch between clip and project monitor
