SUMMARY
Dolphin shows a black picture for WebM video files

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder with WebM files
2. Enable thumbnails view

OBSERVED RESULT
Black pictures in thumbnails

EXPECTED RESULT
Show a frame of the video

It is possible that the default FFMPEG libraries in openSUSE are limited, and you could ask in a forum of your distribution how to install the unrestricted version from the "Packman" repositories.

I forgot to write that I can play and encode WebM with the actual packman libraries I have installed. I can view restricted formats (like H264-265). WebM is not restricted, so it should be thumbnailer even without packman repo.
