I left that template untouched at the end of this field. Understandably, this section includes a line about KDE Plasma, but there is also a "Linux/KDE Plasma: " line, which is presumably intended to query the Linux version, but which seems to contain a stray occurrence of "KDE Plasma", unless I'm missing something. It's like that intentionally; that's where you're supposed to put your Plasma version and your kernel version. They're combined into one line because both the kernel and Plasma versions are only applicable if you're not running macOS or Windows.
