SUMMARY ...because internal hard disks are not removable devices. Furthermore, "Automount on login" checkbox related to internal partitions does not work well. I have 3 internal ntfs partitions, I checked "Automount on login" option related to each of them and rebooted my machine. After login, Plasma shown a dialog asking for password to mount the first ntfs partition. I entered my password, the first ntfs partition was mounted but Plasma did not ask for password to mount the other two ntfs partitions and they remained unmounted after login. Snap mount points are also still present on Plasma 5.23 beta.
