SUMMARY

KWin Window Rules Doesn't Work Under Wayland Session

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login Wayland session.
2. Go System Settings > Window Management > Window Rules.
3. Create a Window Rule, e.g. No Title Bar.
4. Go the tab Appearance & Fixes.
5. Check the checkbox No title bar and frame.
6. Select at the dropdown menu Apply Initially.
7. Select No at the radio button.

OBSERVED RESULT

No Window Rules applied. Tested it with disabling Title Bar & Maximized vertically & horizontally windows (Size & Position).

EXPECTED RESULT

Window Rules apply correctly & flawlessly as it occurs on Xorg session.
