Haiku error message when a library is missing

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Double-click an ELF binary that has dependencies which are missing on the system

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT

An error box is shown, like in Haiku.
