SUMMARY
When I start playing Dota and there is a Firefox browser running, if I use Alt+Tab, the switching is too slow. I have to wait for a full minute for the switch to happen.

Even if there are multiple browser tabs open, preferably video tabs like youtube.com, hitting Alt+F2 allows renders the box after a delay.

EXPECTED RESULT
Switch should be fast. Alt+F2 should immediately render

Alt+F2 or Alt+Tab?

I am using Intel on-board graphics. Both Alt+F2 and Alt+TAB have the problem.
