SUMMARY
Everytime I select a color it comes out the opposite on the canvas. But here the thing, I select the color and it obviously shows I've picked the color I wanted, even on the thumbnail it shows I'm using the color i selected. But on the canvas it's coming out a whole different color

You probably are on Windows and have an AMD GPU? If so, enable Angle in the display page of Krita's settings dialog. Some AMD drivers for some AMD GPU's have a bug where textures get inverted under some circumstances.
