Kdenlive: 19.04.02 installer exe

Some years ago I noticed that the preview video will lag some seconds when I press play. I thought it was because of my old pc, but now I have a quiet good laptop, and nothing changed. This bug is very annoying, almost doubling the video cutting time.
I made a video about that: https://youtu.be/P7gvZTyCu2k
In Adobe Premiere when the pointer moved in the timeline, it will start rendering the preview, so if I wait some seconds before play, it will be smooth. In kdenlive, I need to play some seconds, and after that will be good. I don't understand why, but it's very nervous. (Proxy clips not helped)

Another bug (you can see in the video): when I click somewhere in the timeline, the preview does not jump there.

There are some thinks, what I miss from kdenlive. These are not bugs, but I don't know where to write.

So first, the community really needs a noise reducer. Audacity has, and it is open source, can't you use it somehow? (I mean copy-paste it, or something :))
And I also miss the arrow shortcuts - in Premiere, when I press left/right, the preview jumps one frame forward/backward.

A really love this project, sorry if I was not too technical, I hope I can help somehow. Thank you, guys, you made the best video editor for me!

I have the same thing with my graphic card. Try the following: press Windows+r type in dxdiag -> do you get any error mesaage under "display"? If yes update your graphic driver. If not let it.

The lag of the playhead is known but the rootcause not found.

Audio noise reduction is really missing and you are not the first one who asks for. Unfortunately Kdenive has no plugin interface for take noise reduction from other softwares.

The arrow left/right should move the timeline by 1 frame but you can't see it because of the initial bug.
